Red pepper flakes
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Trim ends of 2 lbs. green beans and combine with 4 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
3. Arrange on baking sheet, then sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to bowl and add 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts and 1/3 cup cran berries.
