Let’s Begin with Greens Smoothie

2 cups almond milk or water
4 cups fresh spinach
2 cups mango, peeled and diced
2 cups pineapple, peeled and dicedgreens smoothie
2 bananas, peeled and diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1/4 cup of almonds


Place the liquid into your blender. Turn on a slow setting, then add all the ingredients. Process on the highest speed until a well-blended puree forms, about 20-30 seconds. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides. Blend once more for 20-30 seconds. Serve the greens smoothie and enjoy!
