More about Brussels sprouts:
Brussels sprouts are a member of the cabbage family, which makes them siblings of other nutritious vegetables like kale, broccoli, collard greens, and cauliflower. Brussels sprouts are dense with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, but they are low in calories. Studies show that these veggies boost the immune system, improve bone and blood health, and potentially reduce the risk of cancer.
